Visual appearance - Abundant and persistent cream. Hazelnut colour, with reddish tones. Quite homogeneous.
Olfactory notes - Aromas of caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, spices and floral notes.
Taste characteristics - Intense round and velvety coffee. The abundant body of the Robusta and the acidity and sweetness of the Arabica produce a balanced cup of coffee with a long finish.
